Description:- Perennial
- Ground cover with white marked leaves
- Hardy.
- Sun or shade.
- Can grow in container
Culinary Uses:- Use young leaves in salads and soups and as a vegetable
Parts Used:- Roots and leaves are harvested in summer and used fresh or dried
Medicinal Uses. It is said that:- Mild sedative herb
- Diuretic and anti-inflammatory – help arthritis and rheumatism
- Relieve gout, sciatica (heupjig) and all aches and pains in the joints
- Externally: Poultice / infusion – soothing compress for inflamed joints, hemorrhoids, burns, wounds and insect bites
