Description:- Perennial

Culinary Uses:- Fall between upright and creeping thyme - properties and taste
- Excellent culinary flavour
- Use same way as other thymes
- Sweet dishes, dressings, marinade

Medicinal Uses. It is said that:- Gastro-intestinal disturbances
- Coughs, colds, bronchitis
- Inflammation of upper respiratory tract
- Gargle for sore throat and mucosal inflammation
