  • Full sun, well drained alkaline soil pH 5-8

  • Pine-like aroma - strong herb - use sparingly - fresh or dried
  • Flavour meat, poultry, baked food, potatoes, soup, stews, bread, scones
  • Steep in oil, vinegar or wine
  • Superb in cooking
